Dorothy Ellen Mullen, 94 of Ozark, Arkansas died Sunday, January 21, 2018 in Ozark. She was a retired Care Taker for White Rock Mountain and attended Ozark Freewill Baptist Church and Bidville Community Church. She was born January 18, 1924 in Bidville, Arkansas, Crawford County to James Albert and Emma Caroline Drummond Caselman. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Garland; her parents; a brother, Oscar Caselman; and three grandchildren, Dakkota Stuhan, Laura Jane and Kyle David Valliquette.
Dorothy is survived by three daughters, Carolyn Stuhan and husband Greg of Russellville, Arkansas, Delores Thomas and husband Jimmy of Ozark, and Margaret Roach and husband Johnie also of Ozark; a sister Lucille Shepherd of Springdale, Arkansas; and eight grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
Family will visit will friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Tuesday, January 23rd at Shaffer Funeral Home, 2315 West Commercial Street in Ozark.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at Ozark Freewill Baptist Church with Brother Kendall Ross and Steve Sawrie officiating and burial at Bidville Cemetery under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.
Serving as pallbearers are Andrew and Jason Valliquette, Brian Thomas, Bruce Caselman, Terry Mullen, Mark Weseman, Clinton Hall, and James Dahlem. Honorary pallbearers are Jameson and Raelyn Hall, Tyler Dahlem, Brianna Wood, Cody Weseman, Cortney McDade, Darrell, Brett, and Level Durbrow, Tyler Roberts, John Harrison, Randall Shepherd, and Bruce Mullen.
