Francis H. Story, 69, who lived in a local care home for the past two years, died Feb. 13, 2001.
Mr. Story was born Jan. 19, 1932, in The Dalles, Ore. He lived in Clark County about 40 years.
Mr. Story worked for the city of Vancouver and retired in January 1994.
He enjoyed fishing, tinkering and helping others.
His wife, Claudine, died in 1991.
Survivors include one daughter, Jennifer L. Story of Vancouver; one sister, Darlene Barnard of Yelm, Wash.; one brother, Derk of Yelm; and one granddaughter.
