Robert "Bing" Bissell, 92, of Payne passed away Friday, January 19, 2018 at Chandler, AZ Memory Care. Bing was born in Antwerp, Ohio on January 2, 1926, a son of the late Gertrude Hattie (Bissell) Ours and Harry Ronless Bissell.
He proudly served in the U.S. Navy as a Seaman 1C in WW II. He was a Safety Inspector at International Harvester.
Survivors include his daughter, Denise (Thomas) Burt of Gilbert, AZ; 3 grandchildren & 2 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia (Bowers), whom he married July 10, 1948; children, Julie & Leonard and siblings, Flossie Seslar & Betty Bauer.
