Dorris was born January 19, 1926 in the Forest Grove Community to Roy T. and Carmen M. (Griffis) Spence. She married Milford Barton Henry on June 2, 1946 in Rockdale. Dorris, along with her husband, were both founders and charter members of Rockdale Christian Church. She loved playing golf, bowling and was a QVC addict. Dorris was a member of the Crown Garden Club and the Richards Memorial Hospital Auxiliary. She was famous for her chicken and dumplings, sugar cookies, humming bird and brown mountain cakes. phillipsandluckey.com
