TINKER - Gary M., 67, passed away unexpectedly on November 13, 2017. He was retired from UNC. Gary enjoyed playing his guitar, yoga, and working out with his Silver Sneaker "Buds". He is preceded in death by his parents, Alice & John Sylvester Tinker; brothers, Jack, Sylvester and Richard. Gary is survived by his brothers, Charles (Timmi), Larry (Bonnie), and Terry Tom (Debbie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 21, 2018 from 2-5 p.m. at the Firemen's Hall, 400 Bakers Lane, 40214, to share stories and memories.
