She graduated from Wattsburg High School and was a devoted mother and homemaker. She enjoyed reading, ceramics, and garage sales.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard Welder; a daughter, Diana Lynn Welder; and sisters, Diana Nichols and Jean Johnson Dillon Hunt.
Midge is survived by her sons, Richard Welder of Md. and Walter Welder (Jackie) of N.C.; sisters, Sandee Ciminnisi (Sam) of North East, Barbara Doyle (Joe) of North East, and Dora Kifer (Jim) of North East; grandchildren; a great-grandson; and many nieces and nephews.
Interment in North East Cemetery.
