Leroy H. Tupman, age 74, passed away Sunday, January 4, 2015, at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center.
He was the son of Leroy H. and Isabelle Hartford, he was born May 1, 1940, in Oregon, OH. After his father's death at the age of 4 months, he was adopted by Clifford Tupman, who married his mother 1 Nov 1941.

He married Shirley Lynn on June 16, 1962, in Toledo. He worked for General Motors, retiring after 40 years. He enjoyed camping with his family. He was a CB enthusiast known as 'Apple Jack' on the radio. As his son got older, they worked as team on the Circle Track race circuit. He and Shirley would regularly travel to visit their daughter. Leroy was mechanically talented and was often asked to lend a hand with repairs, even if it meant just putting a little gas in his daughter's car. Most of all, he loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchild.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley; children, Michael Tupman, Terri (Michael) Justen; grandchildren, Crystal Tupman, Amber (Donnie) Drobny, Mikayla Justen; great-grandson, Giovanni Taormina.
He was preceded in death by his biological father, Leroy Hartford FAG # 23659876; mother, Isabelle Tupman; adoptive father, Clifford Tupman FAG# 74218195; sisters, Peggy and Carol.
