His funeral notice in the "Lock Haven Express" of Thu. 4 Feb 1999 read: "Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in the Sugar Valley Church of the Brethren, Eastville, for Kenneth Lee Barner, 43, of 3350 Hickory Court, Falls Church, Va., who died Monday afternoon, Feb. 1, 1999 in the Fairfax Inova Hospital Emergency Room. The Rev. Amos Dodge of Capital Church in McLean, Va., will officiate. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in the Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, Main and Water streets, Loganton. Burial will be in the Sugar Valley Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Eastville. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be sent to the Capital Church Family Benevolent Fund, Capital Church, 7903 Westpark Drive, McLean, Va. 22102. Frederick B.
