A native of San Augustine County, he lived in Call 45 years, was a retired operator from Local 450 and a U.S. Navy veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Ruby Boughan of Call; a son, James Boughan of Call; a brother, Joe Boughan of Buna; and two grandsons.
