HEMPHILL—Funeral for Winnie Myrtie Smith, 75, will be at 2 p.m. today at Starr Funeral Home with burial in the Fairmount Cemetery. She died at 8:30 p.m. Friday at Heritage Manor Nursing Home.
She was a lifelong resident of Sabine County.
Survivors include one son, Louie Smith of Chicago, Ill.; three brothers, Easuel Clark of Hemphill, Barney Clark of Jasper and Jeff Clark of Bridge City, and two sisters, Susie Ford and Bradie Smith, both of Hemphill.
