Dorothy Lee Hague Oct. 12, 1938 - Dec. 22, 2017 God called one of His angels home Friday, December 22, 2017. Dorothy Hague received her final promotion after 79 years of faithful service as an angel here on earth, she retired to her heavenly home.Dorothy's life as an angel started early on as she learned compassion for the sick. She continued her angelic work by opening her home, arms and most of all, her heart to over 32 foster children, and countless other children who were blessed by her caring nature through child care/day care.Dorothy was also an exceptional seamstress. She was sought out by family, friends and the public for mending, alterations, and custom attire, including wedding gowns. While Dorothy's children were in school, you could always count on her to be president of the PTA, room mother, field trip chaperone, or any role that was asked of her. Later, Dorothy went to work as a social worker with the Salvation Army. Through the Salvation Army, Dorothy was able to truly spread her wings and reach those in the direst of circumstances.
