Carol A. (Bacon) Marcinkowski, was 83 years of age when she died Christmas Day, December 25, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin and Ella (Strenn) Bacon; her husband, Bernie; brothers, Elwood (LaVonne) Bacon and John (Patricia) Bacon; sisters, Helen (Norbert) Peters, June Zelten, Florence (Ambrose) Manders; brother-in-law, Donald Vandenberg; and sister-in-law, Dolores (Henry) Vanderkelen.
Carol was a homemaker and served 24 years as a De Pere crossing guard. She was an active member of St. Boniface Church and was a member of Christian Mothers. She loved bowling and golfing and she especially loved walking with Bernie. Together, they walked thousands of miles. She was devoted to her family and her faith and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
