Mrs. Teer was born on February 9, 1942 in San Antonio, Texas to parents, Oscar Pleasant Allison and Agnes Katherine (Jailor) Allison, and passed away on December 16, 2017 in Huntsville, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Phyllis Richards and Katherine Anderson; and brother, Geary W. Allison.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Joe Teer; daughter, Debbie Jo Rinn and husband, Ronald Rinn; daughter, Tina Teer Folks and husband, Lance Folks; son, Keith Teer and wife, Margie Teer; grandchildren, Amanda Folks, Brandi Folks and husband, Gilbert Makenzie; and Cody Folks and wife, Jaclyn; great-grandchildren, Makenzie Folks and Landon McKenzie; and brothers, Charlie Allison and Joe Allison; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
