Mrs. Mabel M. Burr, 89, of 2128 Roosevelt Ave., Lorain, died in Lorain Community Hospital yesterday after an illness of two years.
A lifelong area resident, Mrs. Burr was born in Fields Corner, July 24, 1886.
She was a member of the Broadway Assembly of God Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Kathryn M. Fordyce, Lorain; two sons, Doyle Allbaugh, Sunnyvale, Calif.; seven grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Irene King and Mrs. Mary Drusendahl; both of Elyria; three brothers, Sidney Hudson, Elyria; Glenn Hudson, Wakeman, and Elton Hudson, Lakewood, Calif.
Friends will be received in the Wainwright Funeral Home today from 7 to 9 p.n.
Services will be tomorrow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home with the Rev. John W. Sloan officiating. Burial will be in the Fields Cemetery.
