MADIOSN--Ruby V. Jones, 62, of Hanover, died Tuesday at her home. She was a retired clerk-typist and secretary for civil service an an adult leader of Kent Clvoer 4-H Club.

She was a member of Jefferson County Homemakers Club, National Association of Republican Ladies and board of directors of Jefferson County Farm Bureau.

Survivors: three sons, Don E. Jones of Atlanta, William O. Jones of Burlington and Larry G. Jones of Columbus; a daughter, Charlotte Meadows of Hanover; her mother, Verna H. Black; a brother, Robert Black of Greenwood; 15 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral: 11 a.m. Thursday, Hanover Presbyterian Church, with burial in Hanover Cemetery. Lytle Mortuary Gans-Andrew is in charge of arrangements.
