TJ was born on September 26, 1936 in Gibson Station, Virginia. In August of 1954, he married the love of his life, Peggy.
TJ served proudly in the US Army with 25 years of active duty service. After retiring from active duty, he continued his career with Civil Service for a total of 59 years and 9 months of Federal Service.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, one daughter, three grandchildren, six great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
