She was a member of Ridge Springs United Methodist Church and was overseer of Rineyville Project Outreach. She was a hairdresser for 34 years and was an instructor at the Elizabethtown Beauty School.
She was predeceased in death by a husband, Gary Hill Adams, husband, J. D. Lambert; and her parents, Harry and Anna Applegate.
Burial will be in Hardin Memorial Park in Elizabethtown.
