Wilma Jane Turner, age 90, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed away Tuesday December 5, 2017. She was born November 23, 1927 in Delaney, Arkansas to Clint and Dixie Anderson Gabbard. She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Turner. She was an Ordained Minister with the Assemblies of God Denomination, earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Education Degrees from the University of Arkansas and was a Certified Elementary School Teacher.

She is survived by her daughter, Diane Rowton and her husband Robert of Fort Worth, Texas; two sons, Tim Turner and his wife Rhonda of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Harrison Turner and his wife Karen of Tulsa, Oklahoma; four grandchildren, Andrea Turner, Nathan Turner, Doug Turner, Emma Tuner and four great-grandchildren.

Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Friday December 8, 2017 at the Fayetteville National Cemetery. Memorial service will be 2 p.m., Friday at First Assembly of God Church in Springdale, Arkansas
