Alice Bertha (Kopel) Zachousky, 85, of St. Leonard, Md., formerly of West Deer, died May 23, 2005, in Calvert County Nursing Center, Prince Frederick, Md.
She was born Dec. 22, 1919, in Curtisville, to the late John and Bertha Kopel.
Mrs. Zachousky managed the dining room for Gulf Research and Development Corp.
She is survived by a son, James Zachousky and his wife, Peggy, of St. Leonard, Md.; and a granddaughter, Adriana Burgy of Lorton, Va.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Zachousky.
A service will be conducted today, May 27, 2005, at 11 a.m. in Jesus the Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Owings, Md., by the Rev. Msgr. Paul Dudziak. Interment will be in Deer Creek Cemetery, Harmar Township.Arrangements by RAUSCH FUNERAL HOME, P.A., Port Republic, Md.
