Services for Mrs. Myrtice Ray, 77, of 112 Central Ave., , Anniston, will be Monday at 11:30 a.m. at Gray Brown-Service Chapel with the Rev. Hal Goodman officiating. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery near Geraldine. Mrs. Ray died Thursday in Regional Medical Center after a long illness Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Opal Browning of Anniston and Mrs. Mildred Kurth of Honolulu, Hawaii; three sons, Charles M. Pope and Horace T. Pope, both of Anniston. and Fred S. Pope of Lexington, Ky.; a sister, Mrs. Lola Whitlock of Anniston; a brother, Stanley McKleroy of Anniston; 19 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be grandsons and great-grandsons. Mrs. Ray was a native of Winston County and had resided in Calhoun County most of her life. She was a member of Woodlawn Park Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to New Life Pentecostal Holiness Church Anniston Star July 15, 1977
