Nancy Ruth Conaway, of Powderly, Texas passed from this life November 28, 2017 in Plano, Texas. She was 75 years old. Nancy was born in Moyers, Oklahoma on October 16, 1942 to Charlie B. & Julia Adeline (Geyer) Thomas. She married Ronald Conaway June 18, 1959 in El Paso, Texas. Nancy loved all animals and loved to be outside. She bowled in the Paris Bowling League for 37 years and lived for her family. In recent years she has been very devoted in caring for Ron and loved to spoil her grandchildren. Nancy is preceded in death by her parents, brother; Jimmy Thomas, and a great grand daughter; Marley Renee Conaway. Graveside services will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Rocky Point Cemetery. Interment will follow.
