Mrs. Boyd was found dead at her home Monday.
Born in Tunica, Miss., Jan. 6, 1927, she was a daughter of Lee and Ethel Reed Haynes. She married Henry Boyd in Tunica in 1956. He died here April 28, 1965.
Surviving are her parents of Tunica; two sons, Beaufort Bond and Henry Boyd Jr., both of Peoria; three daughters, Mrs. Jean Branch, Miss Demaetra Ann Boyd and Miss Wyona Rena Boyd, all of Peoria; five brothers, Tommy of Chicago, Bobby and LeRoy, both of Peoria, Charles of Tunica and Verdell Haynes of Memphis, Tenn.; and six sisters, Mrs. Lois Watson of Chicago, Mrs. Shirely Whitaker of Peoria, Mrs. Gertrude Beck of Memphis, Mrs. Claudia Carter and Miss Rosie L. Haynes, both of Tunica, and Mrs. Geraldine Smith of Detroit, Mich.
One daughter preceded her in death.
