James Elgar/Elder Dulaney, 63, died Nov. 5, 1981 at his daughter's home in Tupelo. (He was born 25 Nov. 1916 in Itawamba County and married Mellie Faye Harden 08 Nov. 1938 in Itawamba County).
He was a veteran of World War II.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Laura Miller of Tupelo; three sons, Doyle Dulaney and Duford Dulaney both of Fulton and Dwayne Dulaney of Marquette, Mich.; his father, Jim Dulaney of Fulton; a sister, Mrs. Vida Wilemon of Fulton; four brothers, C.T. "Cotton" Dulaney, Lawrence Dulaney and Lester Dulaney all of Fulton and Melvin Dulaney of Ala.; 19 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Services were at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
