Washougal - A funeral will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Assembly of God Church in Camas for Tracie Leeann Murray, 33, who died Saturday, Oct 26, 2002, at home in Washougal. Cause of death was pending Monday.
Mrs. Murray was born Aug. 2, 1969 in Vancouver, and was raised in Camas and Washougal. She graduated from Washougal High School in 1987.
She was a waitress at Heller's restaurant for more than 10 years and volunteered at Hathaway and Gause elementary schools.
Mrs. Murray enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach, camping and taking pictures of her family. She also liked baby-sitting and caring for her cats and dogs.
Survivors include her husband since 1989, Ken; Her three children, Brooke, Haley, and Carter, all at home; her father and stepmother, Richard and Joan Kelly of Priest River, Idaho; her mother, Cheryl Tucker of Washougal; three sisters, Gloria Meyers of Washougal, Teresa Kelly of Anaconda, Mont., and Jennifer Kelly of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho; one brother, Jody Barta of Columbia Falls, Mont.; and grandparents, Marvin and Macine Melton of Stone Lake, Wis., and Bernice Kelly of Camas.
The casket will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. today at Straub's Funeral Home in Camas. Burial will be at Washougal Memorial Cemetery.
