Bobbie Nell (Adams) Hargis was born on November 21, 1937 in Houston County, Tennessee, and she was the daughter of Jessie "Douglas" Adams (1914-1983) and his wife Dovey "Drucilla" (Adkins) Adams ( 1917-2005).
She was a graduate from Erin High School and Austin Peay State University and was a School teacher at New Providence Middle School.
Bobbie was married about 1957 to Albert "Ramon" Hargis (1937–2017), and he was the son of Albert "Elmo" Hargis (1912–1977) and Earlene (Vaughn) Hargis (1921–2008).
A member of Forest Street United Methodist Church and living in Clarksville, Montgomery County, Tennessee, she was 80 years old and a widow when she died November 25, 2017.
Bobbie was preceded in death by her husband Ramon Hargis and by their daughter Tammy Jo Hargis. Survivors included a Medearis brother in Nashville, a sister of Nashville and a married sister at Cumberland City, Tennessee.
Celebration of Life Services were held on November 29th at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home, and burial was in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
