MRS. ROSA E. (SHUMAN) NICKLAS, 69, of Fayetteville Route 2, widow of J. Bishop Nicklas, died Monday evening at Mercy Hospital, Baltimore, after several weeks illness.
She was born June 7, 1888 in Hamilton Township, daughter of H. J. and Elmira (Shatzer) Shuman.
She was a member of Greenwood Hills assembly.
Surviving are a son and a daughter, Reginald B., Fayetteville Route 2 and Mrs. Edwin Kauffman, Towson, Md. A brother, Robert C. Shuman, Mont Alto, and six grandchildren also survive.
The funeral will be held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. from the Sellers Funeral Home with Rev. Andrew Grahm, associate pastor of Arlington Presbyterian Church, Baltimore, and Charles Martin in charge. Interment will be in Lincoln Cemetery.
