Rites in tribute to the memory of Mrs. Hazel Aderton, 59, will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. today in Griggs Pioneer Chapel by Dr. Lynn B. Rankin, associate minister of First Presbyterian Church.

Pallbearers will be Dr. Roy Wertz, Ralph E. Wertz, Carl J. Knapp, Jimmie Christal, A.H. Muncy and E.C. Wagner.

Burial will be in Llano Cemetery.

The family prefers that any memorials be in the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society.

Mrs. Aderton, widow of Ellis H. Aderton, died at 5:05 p.m. Sunday in St. Anthony's Hospital.

Her home was a5 1211 Bowie.

She was born Nov. 22, 1899, in Richland County, Ill., had lived in Amarillo since 1931, and was a member of First Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are a son, Ellis H. Aderton, Jr., of 3106 Van Buren, and two grandchildren, Wayne and Jerry Aderton, and four sisters, Mrs. R.S. Shatto of Noble, Ill., Mrs. Emma Beack of Amarillo, and Mrs. Florence Heiter and Mrs. Vada Gibson, both of Clinton, Ill.
