Ada M. Stevens, the daughter of the late Haynes and Harriet Stevens was born in Akron, NY May 10, 1862. On September 10, 1884 she was united in marriage to Barney Goodenow who with one son, Newton Goodenow of Taft, California and one daughter, Mrs. Edward McClure of Warsaw, and 10 grandchildren survive. Another son, Earl Goodenow, died 5 years ago. Mrs. DeLancy Mayhew of East Pembroke, a sister, also survives. Member of First Congregational church and the South Warsaw W.C.T.U.
