Mrs. Roark was a native of East Carroll Parish, LA and a resident of Shreveport for 65 years. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church of Shreveport.
Mrs. Roark was preceded in death by her husband, Stuart M. Roark; parents, George and Lorena Coleman; and brothers, Jack and Claude Coleman.
She is survived by one sister, Christine Jeter of Shreveport; brother, William C. Coleman of Silver City, NM; her closest nephews, Byron Jeter of Shreveport and Dr. Ed Coleman of Monroe; and numerous other nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorials be made to the Gideons Memorial Bible Program, West Shreveport Chapter.
