FT. VALLEY - Funeral services for Charlie W. Adams, 77, were held at 11 a.m. today in the chapel of Rooks Funeral Home with the Rev. Samuel Taylor officiating. Adams died Wednesday night in a Montezuma hospital following a long illness. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. W. H. Parker of Ft. Valley and Mrs. J. T. Raines of Ashburn; two sisters, Mrs. Jessie Mathews and Mrs. H. O. Dorough, both of Ft. Valley; one brother, B. D. Adams of Ft. Valley; five grandchildren. Burial will be in Oak Lawn Cemetery in Ft. Valley.
