They were blessed with two sons, Reilly and Paxtyn, and one daughter, Mikaylee. Terry selflessly served our country in the Army for nine years as an Abrams Tank Mechanic and a recruiter. During his time in the Army, he received Top Recruiter in the Battalion three years in a row and was also the deserving recipient of a Commendation Medal Award. Terry was a hard working man and thoroughly enjoyed what he did as a natural gas compressor mechanic for JW Power.
Terry leaves behind many memorable moments to be remembered and cherished by his father Mike Quisenberry, mother and "bonus dad", Gail and Mike Walker, loving wife of 21 years, Lanae Gwin, two sons, Reilly Gwin and Paxtyn Gwin, daughter Mikaylee Gwin, brothers David Quisenberry and Stephen Quisenberry, sisters Michelle Scoggin and Sheri Gwin, sister-in-law and brother-in-law Paul and Cara Henderson, mother-in-law and father-in-law Nancy and Donnie Adams, 24 nieces and nephews, and 4 great nieces.
Terry was an avid fan of the Texas Rangers, Dallas Mavericks, Texas Tech Red Raiders, and the Dallas Cowboys.
A viewing will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2017 from 9:30-10:45 a.m. with services to follow at 11:00 a.m., both located at First United Methodist Church. 1801 Avenue J, Tahoka, TX 79373.
