She was the wife of well-known Dr. William Edward Chamberlain, who taught college in California before teaching at Temple University in PA. Grave site of her husband is unknown. She is buried with two of her children in the Owen family plot, but husband is not there. Their son Owen received the 1959 Nobel Prize for physics.
