Services are 1 p.m. Friday at Cunnick-Collins Mortuary, Davenport. Burial is in Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation is 5 to 7 p.m. today. A memorial fund has been established.
Mr. Zugg was born May 28, 1939, in Clinton, the son of Wayne and Florence Lucas Zugg.
He attended Augustana College, Rock Island.
He was employed as a special accounts manager for the American States Insurance Company, Bettendorf/Quad Cities Division for 36 years.
He was a lifelong resident of Davenport.
He was a member of Masonic Lodge.
Survivors include a daughter, Sarah Zugg, Green Rock; sons, Addison Zugg, Davenport, and Jeremiah Zugg, Green Rock; sisters and brothers-in-law, Darlene and Jack Ketelsen, Davenport, and Judith and William Carlstrom, Richmond, Va.; and a brother, Robert Zugg, LeClaire, Iowa.
