Luanne was a PEO member, an avid bridge player belonging to several bridge clubs and enjoyed reading. Luanne enjoyed socializing with people and always had a smile on her face and a friendly greeting for everyone she met.
She is survived by three children, Mike (Paula) of Davidson, North Carolina, Tom (Paulette) of Fairfield, Ohio and Jane of Kannapolis, North Carolina; three grandsons, Jeff, Ryan (Natalie) and Todd (Eilise); and four great grandchildren, Lily, Paige, Keagan and Kameron. Luanne is also survived by her sisters, Nancy Winner (Charley) of Ft. Myers, Florida and Jan Hudson (Jack) of Social Circle, Georgia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 on Sunday, July 20, 2014 at the Ogle, Paul R. Young Funeral Home, Oxford. A reception will be held immediately following at the Knolls of Oxford Clubhouse. In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested memorials in Luanne's name be made to: The Knolls of Oxford Benevolent Fund, 6727 Contreras Rd., Oxford, OH 45056; PEO, EQ Chapter, c/o Shirley Younts, 6294 Devonshire Dr., Oxford or to VITAS Hospice, 11500 Northlake Dr., Suite 400, Cincinnati, OH 45249.
