Frances Kinnison, 95, of Aurora, Colorado, formerly of Cheyenne, died Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at the Brookshire House in Denver, Colorado.

She was born December 4, 1922 in Sidney, Nebraska, a daughter of Albert and LaVonne Hoover. She and her husband Elwin Ken Kinnison lived in various locations before settling in Cheyenne.

Frances was the original owner of the Pie Lady, she loved cooking and especially making pies. She was a member of Destiny Church.

Survivors include two sons, Star Kinnison of Aurora; Dick Kinnison of Cheyenne; a sister, Ellen McLease of Loveland; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Elwin; parents; four children, Jerry, Lonnie and Joe Kinnison and Sharon Williams; two brothers, Jack and Hershal Hoover and a sister, Charlotte Thomas.
