Mary F. Hammond, 84, of the Middletown Home, Lower Swatara Twp., formerly of Londonderry Twp., died Thursday in the home.

She had been an instrument repairer at the former Olmsted Air Force Base, Lower Swatara Twp.; was a Protestant; and a member of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees.

Surviving are a son, Robert F. of Albany, Ore.; two sisters, Emma Wida of Selinsgrove and Irene Barnhart of Sunbury; a brother, Robert Hunter of Sunbury; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Middletown Cemetery.

Viewing will be private.

Coble-Reber Funeral Home, Middletown, is handling arrangements.
