David "Dave" Lee Minton, 70, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, passed away on November 4, 2017. Dave was born on January 22, 1947, in Parsons, Kansas.
Dave was an Air Force veteran who served in Okinawa, Japan, during the Vietnam War. He was a retired air traffic controller who was an avid baseball fan, and enjoyed watching his grand-kids play sports, traveling with his siblings, watching movies, and reading.
He is survived by his sister and his brother and sister-in-law. He is also survived by his four children, ten grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents Don and Phyllis Minton, and his wife Peggy Minton.
Dave will be greatly missed by his family and friends, who take comfort in knowing he will be laid to rest beside his beloved wife Peggy—Happy Together!
Graveside services will be held at Floral Haven in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, on Friday, November 10, 2017, at 12:30, with a gathering to follow in the Family Center.
