Gria Woods, age 69, passed away on Monday, November 6, 2017 in San Antonio, Texas. In 1957 at the young age of nine, Gloria and her parents and five brothers and sisters moved to San Antonio from Laredo and in 1974 she became a United States Citizen. In 1966 she met the love of her life, Roy S. Woods and eventually married him in 1971. Gloria was a great mother, sister, grandmother and friend, who loved her family and was very loyal to them. She enjoyed playing bingo, cards, and drinking coffee. In 2013, Gloria rededicated her life to the Lord and was an active member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy S. Woods, parents Amelia and Juan Hernandez, and brother, Benito Hernandez. Gloria is survived by two daughters, one son, six step children, ten grandchildren, five great grandchildren, three sisters, one brother other relatives and many friends.

She will be missed.
