Services for Chester C. Alley, 19, killed early Saturday when the car he was driving collided with a railroad train on Delaware 71 in Kirk-wood, will be Wednesday morning at 11 at the Robert T. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 122 W. Main St., Newark. Mr. Alley, a 1977 graduate of Glasgow High School, lived with his parents, Vester R. and Lora J. Webb at 111 Kenmark Drive, Todd Estates. He is also survived by two brothers, Keith L. and Eddie T. Webb, both at home, and two' sisters, Wendy Bannon of Town-send and Jackie Lee at home. Burial will be in Newark Cemetery. There will be no viewing.
