The family will receive friends on Thursday, Feb. 26, 2015 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Shaffer Funeral Home in Romney, WV. Funeral services will be at the funeral home on Friday, Feb. 27, 2015 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Brian Moreland. Interment will be at Lahmansville Cemetery, Lahmansville, WV.
