Mr. Mack Senior Baker age 70 of Barbourville, KY departed this life on Tuesday, October 26, 2017. He was the son of Charles Eugene Baker and Della (Baker) Baker born to them on February 19, 1947 in Knox County Kentucky.

Mack was a veteran of the United States Army and proudly served his country during the Vietnam War. He was an independent truck driver.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Eugene Baker and Della (Baker) Baker, grandchildren Taylor Weedman and Zoe Weedman, brothers Elmer Baker, Dennis Baker and Archie Jefferson all of Barbourville, and sister Bonnie Powell.

He leaves behind to mourn his passing, one son Anthony Jason Baker and wife Charlotte of Joseph City, Arizona, one daughter Lavonda Carol Weedman and husband Tim of Elizabethtown, KY, one brother, Elvis Smith of Barbourville, one sister, Barbara Hall and husband Wayne of Barbourville, seven grandchildren, Ashley Crowson and husband Jason, Isaac Weedman, Shekinah Weedman, Ellie Weedman, Seth Baker, Danielle Baker and Tyra Baker. He also leaves behind a host of family and friends to mourn his passing.

Funeral services for Mr. Mack Senior Baker will be conducted in the Cobb Hampton Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Kennan Roark officiating. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Burial will follow in the Macroe Branch. Cobb Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of all arrangements.

The family will receive friends at the Cobb Hampton Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 31 from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 2:00 p.m.
