Susan Yvonnne (Haldeman) Fowler, 71, of Bloomfield, rejoined her soul mate, John Thomas Fowler, after just over a 3 year separation, on October 20, 2017.  Susan was born March 14, 1946 in Linton, to John Mancil and Beatrice Ruth (City) Haldeman. She was employed by Greene Voter Registration from 1998 – 2006; Greene County Community Corrections 2007 – 2010 and has been Greene County Clerk since Jan 1, 2011.  She retired from Delta Airlines and City of Lynwood, California. She married John Fowler on February 25, 1989 in Pico Rivera, California. Her marriage to John was the best 25 years, 3 months, and 12 days of her life.  They relocated to Bloomfield in 1997.  Susan was a member of American Legion Post and Auxiliary in Worthington, and Order of the Eastern Star.  
Susan is survived by daughter Blythe Leanne (Luce) and Ex-husband Richard Abraham Pavlovsky of Cypress, Texas; grandchildren Cameron Parker, Abigail Keziah and Ella Grace Pavlovsky of Cypress, Texas; brothers John Dewey Haldeman of Worthington, Steven Craig and wife Sarah Kathleen (Martin) Haldeman and their daughter, Pearl Kathleen, of Austin, Texas; sister Julie Ann Haldeman of Mabank, Texas and stepmother Peggy Nell (Woolverton) Haldeman of Mabank, Texas and step-granddaughter Bethany Marie (Soriano) Richardson of Linton and several cousins, nieces and nephews.  
She was predeceased by her parents; her husband; her sister Nancy Jeanne (Haldeman) Reinke Walker; and her brother Robert Terry Haldeman. 
Funeral services will be held 2pm, Monday, October 23, 2017 at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Worthington.  Burial will follow at Worthington Cemetery.  Military rites will be performed by the American Legion & VFW Posts in Worthington.  
Visitation will be from 12pm until the time of the service at the funeral home.  
Memorial contributions may be made to Riley Children’s Hospital or the Ronald McDonald House.
