When Sarah Amelia Parr was born in 1836 in Kentucky, her father, Duncan Parr, was 23, and her mother, Cynthia M Latimer, was 23. She married William Fannin Boggess and they had one daughter: Adelia Eglentine Boggess. William died. She then married William Oscar Wingfield Maddox on May 23, 1869, in Henderson, Rusk, Texas. She died as a young mother in 1870 in Henderson, Rusk, Texas, at the age of 34. I have not located the burial. I believe her stone has been destroyed. She might be in the Old City Cemetery in Henderson for her two husbands, daughter and many family buried there. She is my husband's 2nd great aunt.....Cheryl Walters Parr
