Helen A. Braner, 88, of Louisville, passed away Friday at Summerfield Manor Nursing Home.
She was the former Helen Wheeler, a native of Jacksonville, IL and a retired registered nurse.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Braner, and her daughter, Sherri Felts.
She is survived by a sister and her husband, a son-in-law, and two dear and close friends.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son, with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens-West Mausoleum. Visitation will be after 10 a.m. Monday. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Portland Christian School.
