Tommy was born on December 14, 1924 in Kirkland to William Henry and Dora Rachel (Dyer) Mooney. He served his country in the United States Army.
He and the love of his life, his wife Frances Lorene Mooney, were about to celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary on January 3, 2017. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. His was a life well-lived.
