Abdelaziz parents died when he was a child. He graduated from college and was a chemist engineer. He had seven children, 2 boys (Ahmed and Ashraf), and 5 girls (Amal, Sahar, Hoda,Amena,Samira). He had 2 children in laws Donna Jean and Anus Mostahwid. His love was for his children and wife Nadra Abdelrehim. His daughter Amal Abdelrehim took over caring for her siblings,mother, and granted her father wish in adopting 2 of his grandchildren (Liala and Mohamed). At the age of 55 years old Abdelaziz got his right leg amputated above the knee. His doctors advised him that he had approximately 2 years of survival, because of multiple health problems, but survived an extra 14 years, when he reached his 69th birthday. He passed away in his residence at 275 Harrison Ave Jersey City NJ. His wife found him deceased on his bed. All of his children attended his funeral except Ashraf, because he was out of country.
