On 28 Nov 1878, in Boyd County, Kentucky, Belle Hensley married Robert "Milton" Campbell, Jr., (1848-1931), and had seven children: Oscar King Campbell (1880-1956), Effie Campbell Ingwerson (1881-1968), Louella Campbell Kirk (1883-1962), Allen David Campbell, Sr. (1894-1965), and three who died in infancy: Ora, Ira, and Harry, who were born between Louella and Allen David in that order.
Belle Campbell died in 1900 after the June 1900 federal census. Shortly afterward, Milton Campbell married a widow, Mary Anne Lambert Stewart, mother of Lowell Girard Stewart, Milton Campbell's stepson. Belle and Mary are often mistaken for each other.
