Djuana died Monday, October 19, 2009 in Springfield, Missouri at the age of 45. She was born Tuesday, June 9, 1964 in Mountain Home, Arkansas, daughter of Gary Don and Melva Jean Moore Phillips. She was a housekeeper for Baxter County and enjoyed gardening, quilting and helping injured animals.
Djuana is survived by her 2 daughters, Alicia Lewis of Norfork, AR and Becky Ramey of Mountain Home, AR, 4 grandchildren, mother, Melva Jean Moore of Mountain Home, companion, Dustin Lenardo of Mountain Home, AR and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father and 1 son, Steven Phillips.
Burial will be in the Conley Cemetery, Mountain Home, Arkansas.
Memorials may be made to the Ronald McDonald House.
