Funeral services for Judith Rae Ward, age 68, of Cookeville will be held Saturday, October 7th, 2017 at 11:00 am in the chapel of Presley Funeral Home with John Anderson officiating.
Interment will follow in Crest Lawn Memorial.
The family will receive friends on Friday, October 6, 2017, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM and Saturday, October 7, 2017, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Presley Funeral Home.
Judith Rae Ward passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at her home in Cookeville, Tennessee.
Judith Rae Ward was born Sunday, October 31, 1948 in Garden City, Michigan to the late Paul Eugene Chubb and Vera Maxine Smith Chubb.
In addition to her parents, Judith Rae Ward was preceded in death by her husband, John Ward; two brothers, Norman and Arthur Chubb; son in law, Jerry Duncan.
She is survived by: two sons, Jeffrey Jernigan, and his wife Lisa and John Ward and his wife Kay, all of Cookeville; two daughters, Lisa Duncan of Springfield, Tennessee and Johnna Kay Ellis, and her husband Jeff of Coopertown, Tennessee; twelve grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren, (and one on the way); three brothers, Richard Chubb, and his wife Gladyth, Ronald Chubb, and his wife Linda, and William Chubb, and his wife Reeta, all of Michigan; two sisters in law, Rozann Chubb of Florida and Bonnie Chubb of Michigan.
