ulia Ellen Dugal, 93, passed away on September 30, 2017 at her home surrounded by her family.
Julia was born November 16, 1923 to the late S. J. Slade and Fannie Mae Griffin Slade. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
Preceding her in death are her parents; her husband, Dick Dugal; three granddaughters, Amy Colleen Dugal, Nikole Dugal and Brandy Turbeville; two great great grandchildren, Jaxon Allen and Rosalyn Kate Agerton; son in law, Donald (Pip) Pippen.
Survivors include her children, Barbara June Pippen, Bobby Dugal (Vickey), Jerry Dugal (Deri) and Cherry Agerton (Gary). Nine grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5 - 7pm on Sunday, October 1, 2017 at the First Baptist Church of Strong.
Services will be held on Monday, October 2, 2017 at 10am also at First Baptist Church of Strong with Bro. Colby Agerton and Bro. Scotty Guillot officiating.
Interment at Cane Creek Cemetery under direction of Perry's Funeral Chapels.
A special thank you to Ange Hammons, her granddaughter, for many years of care giving. Also, Glenda Graves and the staff at LifeTouch Hospice.
